The Yosemite Valley to Kootzagwae (Mono Lake Area) Traditional Walk is planned for July 27, – August 2, 2025! The Traditional Walk is the same as what many have experienced over the years.
If you would like participate in the Yosemite Valley to Kootzagwae (Mono Lake Area) Traditional Walk, please visit your Tribal Office for an application or click on the link below to download a digital copy of the application. Applications are requested by July 25, 2025, so don’t delay in getting your application and send it in as soon as possible so we know how many people to plan for! There are two virtual orientation sessions, one on Friday July 18, 2025 at 1:00 pm Pacific Time and the second one is on Friday July 25, 2025 at 1:00 pm Pacific Time. Both sessions are the same so you will only need to attend one of the sessions. To join either of the two virtual orientation sessions, click on the dates highlighted above in blue.
